  • Many of you have asked how you can help. One of the best ways is to continue visiting Wine Country, drinking Sonoma wines and encouraging your friends to do so. Many local businesses generate a significant portion of their income during harvest season, and economic impact of these fires could be terrible for many members of our community. We encourage you to continue to drink Sonoma (and Napa) wines, keep the positive thoughts coming and visit Wine Country when it’s safe. Read John Jordan's full letter on our Facebook page. Stay strong, Sonoma.

  • The winery will be closed for tours and tastings through Tuesday, October 17. Thank you for your understanding and support during this difficult time. Stay tuned for more updates. #sonomastrong #cawinestrong
  • As you may know, we host a private Halloween party every year for members of the restaurant trade. It is with heavy hearts that we have decided to cancel next weekend's event. It’s simply not safe nor humanitarian for us to occupy so many hotel rooms in our area next weekend. In the meantime, we will be contributing to disaster relief efforts in the county and helping our employees and friends recover from their losses (link in bio). We are shocked and saddened by the devastation of Mother Nature. Firefighters from across the country have joined the fight. Temperatures dropped last night. Let’s hope we are nearing the end of a very dark tunnel.

Thank you for your support and understanding during this difficult time.
  • Jordan Winery will be closed for the remainder of today (10/11) through Sunday (10/15) for tours and tastings.
Our top concern remains the safety and well-being of our employees, grape growers, neighbors, friends and other colleagues in surrounding areas that are still threatened by the wildfires—and providing assistance to the employees who have lost their homes. We are monitoring the situation carefully and will update you with more information as it becomes available.

We are a strong community, and we will make it through this. Many are asking how they can help during this tragedy. One way is to donate to our local food bank, @Redwood_Empire_Food_Bank. A wine industry colleague has also set up a GoFundMe for the wine community (link in bio). We are donating vegetables for first responder meals and just beginning to wrap our arms around all the ways we can help those in need. We are very grateful for the first responders, working around the clock to save property and lives in these terrible conditions. Thank you for your support.
  • Our hearts are with those who have been affected by the Sonoma and Napa fires. Multiple Jordan employees have lost their homes in the #TubbsFire, but they are all safe. The winery will resume normal operations today but shipping delays may continue. We will send updates. Thank you for your support during this difficult time. Photo by @sonomamag.
